Inspiration in winter

I am so influenced by the world around me that the colours and shapes I see around me just naturallly start to turn up in my paintings. so here are some images that have inspired me recently that I hope you will enjoy also. Hope you are keeping warm as we are trying to here!

NY show

I am going to  have one of my paintings flashed up on a screen in NY city during the Armory Artsweeks. The painting was inspired by a trip I made to NY...that vibrant city. It is made with mixed media materials including some memorabilia from the city itself....so it is sort of going home!
If you are in NY at the time do go along and ask about my painting... (and report back!)
Alas I am unable to be there myself to see it all.
